1. All lifters must be on stage for the presentation of their group.
2. As one session is completed the lifters in the following session will be presented to the audience, the medals for the previous session will then be presented.
3. PLEASE BE READY AND DO NOT GO OFF SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU CANNOT BE AT YOUR PRESENTATION OR YOUR MEDAL CEREMONY.
4. By reading and complying with these instructions you will help the officials and organisers to run the championship within a reasonable time scale.
5. Lifters must bring proof of age to their weigh-in.

PLEASE VOLUNTEER YOUR SERVICES AS A LOADER or Technical official, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ORGANISE A CHAMPIONSHIP ALONE. IT IS YOUR CHAMPIONSHIP AND WE NEED YOUR HELP.

If for any reason you are unable to compete, please inform Chris Baker immediately. He has a list of lifters on standby knowing the limit of registrations has been reached but still hoping for a chance to compete.

Technical Official/Loaders List/Volunteers 
Please inform Terence Baker if you can do any sessions that have been left blank as without volunteers we can't run the Championship - Also if your name has been added, please confirm this is suitable.
A payment of £10 is made to each Volunteer per Session

We are running two platforms Saturday and Sunday make sure you know which platform you are on!

Weigh-In Rule - 7 days before the competition day to notify Chris Baker of weight changes so that's the 14th February after that no Weight changes accepted.
